Ok, so, no guarantees or anything, but I think I've managed to bring my computer back from the brink. I don't know how long it will hold up, but it's working now.
So, anyway.... give me a few days to catch up on what is nearing 10,000 posts in my Bloglines account, and then I'll get back to some semi-regular blogging, hopefully. And, thanks to the esteemed Trixie (who was good enough to inform you all of the demise of my laptop), I have a post to start with.

I just blew a smoke ring- (are you ready for this)- THROUGH another smoke ring!!! Yep! I blew one smoke ring with the cigarettes that I have regretfully been smoking this summer and then blew another one directly through it.
Great party trick.
Reason numero uno for smoking this summer.
