Females constitute more than half of the links I keep on my sidebar (he said, in a self-congratulatory tone), I'm well aware of the many thoughtful and knowledgeable female bloggers out there.
Lauren was kind enough to let me borrow her audience, and I wrote about an incident at work this evening that proves not everyone out there is aware of this fact as I am.

I am a little embarrassed of my blogroll, which is probably going to be completely revamped in a few weeks, when I emerge from my paper-producing cave. I don't have a very equitable roll, and being (relatively) new to the whole scene, have a hard time finding women in white male's sidebars.
As someone who, as far as I know, doesn't have a single woman reader, much less site regular/commenter, I know my perspective has limited appeal, but would like to do something about it. Thanks for the reminder.
