11. (Inspired by my friend, Carly) Don't tell your server "Wow, it sure is cold in here" and then just stare at them. If you have a problem, say so, don't just say something snide and imply your server is purposefully trying to make you miserable.
12. If you wait for 20 minutes without taking a bite, your sever will assume you are done. It is fine if you aren't done, but don't get mad at your server when he assumes you are.
